The biggest consumer electronics brand in India, Samsung, has announced the start of pre-bookings for its newest smartphones, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24.
The Galaxy S24 comes in 3 versions: S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra. S24 and S24+ uses Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, while Ultra has the new Exynos 2400.
S24 and S24+ have Dynamic AMOLED displays with 120Hz refresh rates. The Ultra steps up with a FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display & an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate for ultra-smooth visuals.
Standard and Plus models have three rear cameras (50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP telephoto). The Ultra model has four cameras, including a 200MP main sensor & ultrawide.
The entire lineup packs AI-powered features to enhance photos and videos, like AI Object Eraser and improved Night Mode for clearer low-light captures.
The S24 Ultra retains the beloved S Pen stylus, featuring familiar functions and new AI-powered tools for increased productivity and creativity.
The S24 & S24+ have 4000mAh & 4900mAh batteries, respectively, and the Ultra has a powerful 5000mAh battery. They all support fast charging.
The trio runs on the latest Android 14, boasting a first-in-the-industry commitment to 7 years of OS and security updates & promising a smooth and user-friendly experience.
While pre-orders have started in India, official pricing for the Indian market is still under wraps. However, the brand hints at competitive pricing overseas.
