Be YouNick’s series ‘The Office Canteen’ in collaboration with upGrad won the first edition of the YouTube Works Award India, that too in the Best Collaboration category! The creator ecstatically announced the news on August 17, 2021, through Instagram.
Here’s what he wrote, “It doesn’t matter if you made it the last. What matters is whether or not you made it the best! Happy to announce that our series – The Office Canteen has won the ‘YouTube Works Award’ in the ‘Best Collaboration’ category! I also feel honored to say that we competed with the absolute best but WE won!

YouTube Works India stated, “To get more professionals to consider skilling up with upGrad, they needed to find a way to connect with their target audience right where they were. This led them to collaborate with YouTuber Be YouNick (4.36M Subscribers) to create a lighthearted web series that revolved around employees in an office.”
Explaining more about the reach, YouTube Works India expressed, “They further worked with other content creators on YouTube to gain a wider reach, thus making the most of two key YouTube utilities – Content Sponsorships and Creator Collaborations. The first season saw the show trending at #1 on YouTube for each episode, 41% uplift in Search and 52% increase in organic app installs during the roll out of the episodes to 27% increase in leads in comparison to traditional channels. Given the huge success, a second season is being launched on 3rd September 2021.”
