The young Indian fashion creator made her debut at the Cannes Film Festival 2024. She was part of the Brut India Squad, wherein Brut was also the official media partner for Cannes this year. Nancy spent weeks creating and stitching her own outfits for the prestigious Festival.
The creator made headlines for her self-stitched pink gown at the event, symbolising her passion, elegance and creativity for creating something new. Nancy’s journey from a small town in Uttar Pradesh to the international platform of Cannes was highlighted as a testament to her talent and hard work.
Meesho, an e-commerce platform, launched the #MeeshoTrendz campaign, focusing on Gen Z’s ever-changing tastes. Their offering comprised a selected range of current fashion trends at competitive prices. The brand wrapped up a successful #MeeshoTrendz contest designed to empower fashion lovers.
Spanning from February 1 to May 30, 2024, the competition served as a stage for emerging and established creators to display their creativity and social media prowess. The highlight of this event was that it was judged by popular fashion influencer, Nancy Tyagi! She was also on billboards around Bengaluru as Meesho’s Chief Trend Officer.

Designing allows me to express my unique vision and creativity, while my role as a fashion influencer helps me share my designs with a wider audience. Each role enhances the other.”
Enjoying 2.6 Million followers on Instagram Tyagi adds, “The inspiration to start creating and showcasing my outfits on Instagram came during the lockdown. With more time on my hands, I began experimenting with different styles and sharing them online. My passion for designing dates back to my childhood when I used to make dyed clothes for my dolls.“
