Watch out! You might have watched this on Instagram but if you have not, your heart might melt into a mush. Without any further ado, we are talking about the elderly couple who posted a video on Instagram, recreating the scene and poses from the Disney film Zootopia. While they have nailed the scene to its very core, it is their love that steals the show for us and everybody else on the internet as the viral video has millions of likes and views.
The video we are talking about was originally posted on the Instagram account called ‘Achamass.’ The account is a viral sensation in itself with 488K followers on Instagram alone. All the videos posted on this feed are of an elderly couple who try their hands on different trends.
The elderly couple do not shy away from creating transition videos as well and to stay the least, they are FIRE! The videos are recorded by Amal Raj, Creative Director and Photographer whereas the account is managed by Akhil Raj. Most videos on the account have thousands of views, with the highest view on the Zootopia video which has 65 Million views and counting.
In the Zootopia video, the elderly couple brings to life Nick and Judy and it is an absolute delight to watch them do that. Even though the original scene from Zootopia is a heartwarming one in itself, the couple’s version surpasses it. Hoping on the ‘where our eyes are never closing’ trend both recreate the exact version of it.
Captioned ‘Our Version’ the video is the cutest version of the trend. Dressed like any grandparent dresses, the elderly couple recreates the poses of Nicky and Judy. From the entire video, we absolutely cannot get over the photographs part, where the couple has the most adorable smile in the world.
It is not just us but social media is blown up with it too. The video has 65 million views and is liked by 7 million people. The video is also shared by 1.6 million people and has over 44K comments on it where everybody simply cannot get over this duo. YouTubeCreatorsIndia commented “It’s their world and we’re just living in it” and we cannot agree more.
More than anything the viral video shouts couple goals as the duo share an unexplainable love and camaraderie with each other. This video in particular and the feed in general is a proof of how one does not need big things to show love, but it is the smallest gestures like holding hands or just spending time with each other that truly defines it.
