On Superman’s canonical birthday, February 29th, Gunn shared the exciting news that principal photography for Superman has officially begun. This auspicious date adds an extra layer of significance to the project, setting the stage for what promises to be an epic cinematic experience.

To coincide with the commencement of filming, Gunn unveiled the official logo for Superman on Threads, offering fans a glimpse into the film’s aesthetic.
