The organisation identifies women from restrictive backgrounds and provides them with industry-relevant skills training, mentorship, masterclasses, and industry exposure.

In addition to her non-profit work, Navya is also the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Aara Health. Aara Health is committed to addressing stigmatised topics like menstruation and other women’s health issues, promoting open dialogue, and offering safe, accessible solutions.
