Prajakta’s #RealTalkTuesday Video with Ed Sheeran

Prajakta Koli, a.k.a. MostlySane, interviewed Ed Sheeran for his latest music video, Bad Habits, in the #RealTalkTuesday video. The moment when Ed commented that this video made his day was the highlight of the video. So, from how this collaboration came to be to what the video was all about, let’s get right into it, shall we?

Warner Music, in association with One Digital Entertainment, has been the driving force behind Prajakta’s collaboration not only with Ed Sheeran but also with Ava Max. The 10-minute interview of Ed Sheeran disclosed his idea and inspiration behind Bad Habits, his former collaborations, importance of failure, his relationship with his wife, and so much more. It was a sneak peek into Ed Sheeran’s personality, so to speak. He also claimed that he had intended to release another song as his next single, but that when driving with his wife, they both decided on Bad Habits as the next single instead. If you are just as excited as I was to watch the video, trust me, you will not stop smiling while watching it.

Talking about Bad Habits, when Prajakta asked him how he came up with the idea of a massive change not only in the songs but also with vampires featured in his music video, he said, “So this song is all about bad habits coming in at night time and by the time the sun comes up, you are kind of done with the bad habits. You know, I wanted to make a vampire video for ages, I grew up watching ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer’, it’s one of my favourite shows. So yeah, I think the concept of the song fit the concept of the video.” And we cannot agree more. Watch the Bad Habits video right away to know for yourself!

So if you liked the video and the song, do not forget to spread love and support on Prajakta and Ed’s videos. And until my pen writes more for you, let us binge-listen to Ed Sheeran songs in celebration. Happy music night, y’all!
