He was part of a web series called "Break a Leg" which revolved around the challenges faced by aspiring actors and dancers in the entertainment industry.
He also played the lead role in het web series "Medically Yourrs," which portrays the life of medical students and the difficulties they encounter during their academic journey.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai.
Shantanu has a fear of heights, but overcame it and performed aerial acts and stunts on reality shows.
He co-founded the "Desi Hoppers Dance Academy." The academy aims to train and nurture young talent in the field of dance.
He finished as a runner-up in one of the seasons of the Indian version of "Dancing with the Stars" called "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa".
