Up-and-coming singer-songwriter Avanti Nagral has been blazing a trail through the industry with the release of her newest song.
Avanti Nagaral was born on July 23, 1997, in Boston, United States, but moved to Mumbai with her parents when she was 8.
She began her musical training at the age of 6 and studied Indian classical music, Broadway, and gospel music.
In 2017, she was accepted to Harvard University and Berklee College of Music; she is the first in the world to pursue a dual degree at both.
She decided to pursue degrees in Global Health and Social Policy at Harvard and in Music Business at Berklee.
After graduating she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her music career and went on to release several singles and EPs.
She once recorded a pop-devotional English-Sanskrit fusion album and also released the first VR music video in South Asia.
She now delivers live stage performances not only in India but also in the USA, the Philippines, and various other locations.
She released her new song Baatein on September 7th on YouTube, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Apple Music.
