In 2018, she faced allegations of sexual harassment by another comedian, Kaneez Surka, accusing Mittal of forcefully kissing her on the mouth.
She got her first stand-up special "Things They Wouldn't Let Me Say," accompanying her second special "Girl Meets Mic" on Netflix.
