After finishing high school, he pursued Civil Engineering at Datta Meghe College of Engineering in Navi Mumbai.
He took a break from his degree to pursue a course in acting from the reputed Barry John Acting Studio in Mumbai.
In 2014, he began his YouTube channel, "Ashish Chanchlani Vines," after quitting his studies, which had gained 8.7 million subscribers by 2018.
Ashish made his TV Debut with the show Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya. He's also been a part of the short film Aakhri Safar and web series Class of 2017.
In 2021, Ashish wrote, directed and produced his own show called ACV Classics - a series of shorts that he also acted in.
