First Meeting & Music Beginnings

The duo shared, “We actually met at a music camp in Bombay back in 2013, and to be honest, it was love at first sight. So, we decided to form this duo and take it further, make it a lifelong career.”

“We always liked the same kind of music. The first time we discovered electronic music, we were mind blown, and we knew that we had to do that. We were inspired by so many different artists like Martin Garrix, and Avicii, you name it, and we knew that we had to make music just like them. And then we were inspired further to learn music production,” they continued.

Creativity & Relationship Hand In Hand

As a couple in a creative field, they acknowledged occasional differences but maintained that they never let it disrupt their work. “I’m a little laid back, and he’s a bit more serious,” one of them noted. They have found ways to manage creative blocks like, “We just take a break from stuff, from our careers, from our professional lives. And then we do things that we enjoy and love.

We love cooking fancy meals. I cook every day, but, you know, cooking fancy meals, watching old Bollywood movies, playing games on PlayStation, and visiting animal shelters.”

Engaging With Social Media

In today’s digital age, staying relevant on social media is crucial.“It’s pretty difficult, you know. It’s a race. And yeah, it’s a competitive race now to stay relevant and popular on social media. You need to be present on social media 24/7 to entertain your followers,” they said. Despite the pressure, they try to stay authentic to their craft, focusing on creating music they love rather than merely following trends.

Future Opportunities

When asked about incorporating artificial intelligence into their music, they replied, “Not yet. We are not too familiar with that. Although we might have to in the future. Who knows? But we have to be flexible.” They decoded the importance of staying true to their craft but also recognizing the need to be flexible in the future.

With their genre-bending sound and electrifying beats, Zephyrtone is sweeping the music industry off its feet, leaving a trail of mesmerized fans in awe of their innovative artistry! This dynamic duo is redefining the electronic music landscape in India, one trembling track at a time!
