The series follows the story of No Ji Wook (Ji Chang-Wook,) a skilled prosecutor known for his dedication to justice, and Eun Bong Hee (Nam Ji-Hyun,) a trainee prosecutor who finds herself entangled in a murder case. The drama not only explores the intense investigation but also delves into the evolving relationship between Ji Wook and Bong Hee. As they work together to solve the case, their initial animosity transforms into a deep bond of trust, friendship, and eventually, love. Their chemistry and the witty banter between the characters adds a delightful touch to the series.

Suspicious Partner also features a compelling supporting cast including Ji Eun Hyuk and Cha Yoo Jung who bring various dimensions to the story. From quirky colleagues to mysterious adversaries, each character contributes to the overall intrigue and suspense of the plot.

One of the notable aspects of the drama is its ability to balance romance and suspense. While the central focus is on solving the murder case, the blossoming relationship between Ji Wook and Bong Hee adds a layer of sweetness and emotional depth to the storyline. It keeps viewers hooked, eagerly anticipating both the unravelling of the mystery and the progression of the romantic narrative.

The past record

Flower of Evil was the first ever Kdrama that was remade in India, with the title “Duranga.” Following its footsteps, Kdrama series such as “Business Proposal” and “Something in the Rain” are already in the process of being remade and the Indian audience might soon enjoy watching them. A Suspicious Partner becomes the newest addition to the growing family. However, we are not complaining, afterall, the more the merrier.
