WhatsApp has rolled out a new version for its web (desktop) application. The roll out has brought the version up to 2.2130.7. The new version has also released a new feature called Drawing Tools. Let’s have a look at what’s inside this new Drawing Tools feature.
Drawing Tools feature will give the users an option to edit the pictures from WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp Desktop. Before sending the image, WhatsApp will show some new options to edit it, like the possibility to add emojis, stickers, text and more. The features will only be accessible if both the version and the feature are available in the user’s WhatsApp account. The image below gives a glimpse of what the Drawing Tools feature looks like.
The feature is already available on the mobile phone version of the app. Now with the pc version coming in, frequent desktop users will find it more convenient to make use of the facility.
According to WABetaInfo, if users don’t see this feature then they need not worry as it is still in the rolling out stage and more activations will be followed very soon.
