Lollapalooza 2024 Had Influencers Grooving To The Beats Of International Sensations

This long weekend turned into a musical extravaganza for gig lovers as the 2nd Edition Of Lollapalooza India took place on 27th and 28th January 2024. These two days at the Mahalaxmi Grounds in Mumbai were filled with a stellar lineup of ace International performers who had all the music lovers tapping their feet to their beats. Into its second year, the massive music fest was headlined by The Jonas Brothers, Sting, Halsey, Lauv, and One Republic.

While both nights enthralled the audiences, the highlight of the festival was when Joe Jonas introduced Nick Jonas as everyone’s ‘Jiju’ and the whole crowd collectively chanted “Jiju” as he performed. This was The Jonas Brothers‘ first-ever band act in India. The band belted out their hits like Jealous, So Close, Sucker, What A Man Gotta Do, Cake By The Ocean, and more. To top it off, they hyped the crowd up by playing Priyanka Chopra’s Gallan Goodiyaan! Nick was also joined by King as they sang Maan Meri Jaan (Afterlife).

Of the other headlining acts worth remembering, Sting filled the air with nostalgia. Halsey delivered an emotionally packed performance as the day marked the 10th anniversary of the release of her first-ever song, “Ghost“. She also announced her next album at the concert. Lauv, on the other hand, showered his fans with abundant love. He also surprised the audience by bringing Armaan Malik on stage as they sang “I’m So Tired” together.

One Republic put up an epic performance as the Lollapalooza crowd cheered them on. The best surprise came in when they performed a cover of Beyoncé’s Halo. The other artists in the lineup included K-pop group The Rose, Korean-American singer Eric Nam, Indie artists The Karan Kanchan Experience, Parvaaz, Prabh Deep, Dualist Inquiry, Komorebi, Parekh & Singh, Skrat, Kamakshi Khanna, JBABE, Chrms, and Dewdrops, among many others.

Influencers At Lollapalooza

Apart from the spectacular performers, we also spotted many of our favourite influencers and content creators living it up at the music festival. Watching them fangirl/fanboy over their favourite artists was adorable! And we got to see the Lollapalooza India 2024 experience from their lenses along with the super fun brand collaborations.

Ankush Bahuguna was his ‘sapola‘ self at Lollapalooza as he pretended to vibe to the music of international artists, which his followers find hilarious. He wore a very interesting NoughtOne outfit as he attended the two-day festival courtesy of Walkers and Co. Ankush explored the Johnnie Walker Refreshing Mixer Non-Alcoholic’s Cymatics Installation to feel the beats, the ripples, and play with motion. He also chilled with Nick, Diipa Büller-Khosla and her husband Oleg Büller.

Yashaswini Dayama was majorly fangirling over The Jonas Brothers. She was super hyped to watch them perform along with Sting and One Republic. Yashaswini also hopped onto the Lolla Ferris Wheel by Budweiser. We spotted Khushnaz Ashdin Turner, Srishti Garg, and Orry as well.

Pooja Mundhra-Mahatme (thecozyvibe) loves her festival fits and she dropped a fab inspo for styling a music festival outfit. We love it!

Ritvi Shah attended Lollapalooza with her boyfriend Sarthak and best friend Khushira. She had created an impressive graphic eye-makeup look using Maybelline India‘s Tattoo play coloured liners. Ritvi was hosted by the brand’s booth at the festival where she explored their newest metallic eyeliners’ collection as well as the matte and gloss lipsticks. Aryaki Joon also created a fab graphic eye look.

The CRED Club

CRED had built an exclusive club arena for the club members to lounge at. They had set up its unique ‘The Claw’ machine consisting of interesting surprises to pick from.

Ruhee Dosani got people to dance with her in order to try their luck with ‘The CRED Claw’ using CRED coins. It was wholesome to watch other social media personalities and the Lolla crowd come forward and join her.

There was a photo booth as well which was flocked by the influencers. From Tarini Shah, Ruhee, Anjali, Santanu Hazarika, to Tanmay Bhat, Niharika NM, Aishwarya Mohanraj, Aakash Shah, Yashraj Mukhate, and many more, we saw them all have a blast together.

The Lollapalooza India 2024 music festival featured four stages, 40+ acts with more than 20 hours of unforgettable live music, innovative culinary selections, art installations, fashion, and so much more. From sunset to the moonlit sky night, the festival definitely wrapped with a bang.
