Marvel is back again with a brand new series and this time it features one of the main Avengers i.e. Clint Barton aka Hawkeye. The series is an expansion of Marvel Cinematic Universe’s storyline as a TV show. First we got Wanda Vision, followed by “Falcon and The Winter Soldier” then came Loki and now after the release of Black Widow movie Marvel has given the fans what they wanted, Hawkeye.

Hawkeye whose real name is Clint Barton is a character from the first Avengers movie. Played by Jeremy Renner, Clint Barton is an ace archer who seems to never miss. After losing his family to Thanos’ snap (which happened at the end of Avengers: Infinity War) Barton becomes Ronin, an assassin whose first and only appearance (as Ronin) has been in Avengers: Endgame.

The upcoming Hawkeye series is set in post-blip (after the events of Avengers: Endgame which brought everyone back) New York City. As per the trailer Clint Barton has a seemingly simple mission which is to get back to his family for Christmas. If only things were that simple. The trailer shows Clint meeting Kate Bishop, a 22-year-old archer with dreams of becoming a Super Hero. The two are forced to work together when a presence from Barton’s past threatens to derail far more than the festive spirit.

Full of action, suspense and of course the Marvel humour, Hawkeye looks promising and fans just cannot wait for the first episode of the series to be out.

The trailer too got a positive response from people around the world. Within less than 24 hours of release, the trailer garnered over 10 Million views and became trending #6 (at the time of writing) on YouTube.

Hawkeye debuts exclusively on Disney+ on November 24, 2021. In case you haven’t watched the trailer then you can watch it here.
