A shared love and passion for dance is what brought together college friends, R Kartik, Himanshu Gola, Rohit Singh, Vishnu Kumar and Dennis Anthony, to form the incredible five-piece boy dance group: MJ5. It was a love for Michael Jackson and a desire to pay tribute to him that was instrumental in the formation of the group in 2013.

The dance crew has an enormous fan following, including some of the biggest names in Bollywood. Their unique way of depicting Michael Jackson’s famous moonwalk in every performance earned them the title of ‘Moonwalk Magicians‘ and ‘Majical Boys.‘

• Apart from numerous corporate & social events, MJ5 has performed at the Asianet Film Festival , ITA  Awards 2013 & Great Women Awards 2014.
  
• The crew has won awards like ‘Best Live Act 2013-2014’ and ‘Most Unique Dance Style’ amongst others.
  
• In 2017, MJ5 participated in the dance reality show ‘Dance Champions‘ and became one of the Top 10 finalists.
  
• They created a special dance feature for the film ABCD 2 as well as Honey Singh’s hit song Chaar Botal Vodka.
  
• The crew has shared the stage with the likes of Madhuri Dixit, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Govinda & many more celebrities.
  
• MJ5 went a step ahead and made their singing debut in 2021 with the track ‘Bawaal‘ and launched themselves as India’s ‘youngest boy band.’
