The world of the internet is one that can educate, entertain, and empower its users in seconds. This is a tricky place for content creators to establish themselves and cater to the great demands and short attention span of the audience. Digital creator Mrunal a.k.a. Mrunu Panchal has effortlessly carved a niche for herself in the beauty space that has garnered her a dedicated audience. Mrunu doesn’t just apply makeup, she creates art. A true makeup icon, her creations will absolutely blow your mind.
“I was studying in Pune for a doctorate degree with no knowledge of makeup and started doing makeup without even knowing that one day I would be recognised by it,” she had said. Mrunu is widely recognised for her offbeat fashion and stunner looks that she vlogs on her social media page. Panchal’s method to this madness is “consistency.” She keeps experimenting with various themes and styles that always leave her fans in awe of her craft. With 5.2 million Instagram followers and 825k subscribers on YouTube, Mrunu also goes by the name “Gujju Unicorn.“
Mrunu took us down memory lane with her recent Winx Club-inspired looks series. The recreations of the Winx Club fairies done by Mrunu are nothing short of magical. She is so very talented – right from the colours to the look to the setup to the unique editing style, each of the content pieces from this series is magnificent.
The story of Winx Club goes like this: Bloom is a special Earth girl with magical powers who travels to the Alfea School for Fairies to perfect her skills. She quickly befriends teenage fairies Stella, Flora, Musa, Layla, and Tecna. Together these six girls are the Winx Club. With every new video that Mrunu dropped in this series, she always quizzed her viewers to guess the next character she would recreate from the Fairies.
The makeup, the hair, the accessories, the outfit. Everything screams Bloom! She has totally nailed this look.
Here, Mrunu opted for a greyish-white wig instead of Stella’s signature golden hair. But that makeup is so on point.
That makeup look is so well done! Mrunu makes it look so easy. And the final transition was just stunning with that angelic outfit and pearl accessories.
Talk about art. Musa’s look is as artsy as it can get. We just love that pop of red inspired by the fairy’s signature red outfit.
While each fairy denotes a colour of their own, Aisha the fairy, embodies green. And Mrunu had mindfully adapted that into her look. She got it all right – from the makeup to the hair to her outfit.
Mrunu has aced every fairy look and ended up looking like a Winx fairy each time. She used an array of makeup products to nail every look. We can’t choose one, because we are a fan of all of them! Mrunu is truly a stunner especially when it comes to makeup. No one comes close. This was such a unique, innovative, and nostalgic series. We look forward to many more!
