Prajakta Koli Starrer Khayali Pulao’s One Year Anniversary

The protagonist, Asha, is a free-spirited Haryanvi who helps us learn the importance of making our Khayali Pulao (dreams) a reality in this short film about gender bias. Prajakta Koli, a.k.a. Mostlysane, stars as the protagonist in this One Digital Entertainment short film, which marks her film debut. This short film conveys the idea succinctly and is refreshing to watch. Yashpal Sharma, Geeta Sharma, Priyanka Sharma, Anushka Sharma, Prince Bajaj, and Sunil Chitkara are among the supporting actors that contribute to bring the storyline to life. The story is written and brought to life by none other than Tarun Dudeja and we cannot thank him enough for the same. So, without further ado, here’s featuring Prajakta Koli Starrer Khayali Pulao’s One Year Anniversary.

The storyline is built through the characters, especially Asha, in such a way that you find yourself to be empathetic with her. And how does that happen, mainly, why is it important to empathise? According to me it’s because, as humans, we’re capable of emotions which keep us in loop with the feelings and sentiments either because we know what sadness is or have felt the pain leading to relatability, irrespective of the difference in wavelengths. Charles Dickens, one of the prominent authors, used empathy as an asset for his books. He depicted social issues through fictional stories and plays in such a way that it influenced the reader at a point where it would not only get highlighted but also portray how it would be like for us, the readers in order to bring a solution for it.

Hence, if asked, I’d say if you make a person empathise on the journey that they discovered with you, you have, indeed, created art. And here’s the art presented in the form of a short film especially for you! That is, of course, if you haven’t experienced it already.

Another video which is full of feel-good vibes and makes one emotional is that of behind-the-scenes making of the film. Although, it may have some spoilers so do not watch it if you haven’t watched the movie yet! And now, I’ll let the video do the talking.
