Social Nation Residency Day 3: Acing the Creator Game with taking care of Mental Health!

Day 2 ended on an energizing note with the creators learning about the role of talent managers in the life of a content creator by @djorwal who is founder of @creatorscompany.ig (FKA Brandzup), Co-founder of @xnetwork.gg & @desirecords.ig with @sudeeplahiri12, VP Content & Strategies of @onedigitalentertainment at Social Nation Residency.

The third day started at the residency with a note that is often less talked about and considered feasible enough to be ignored.

Navigate your Mental Health

This is a topic that is not talked about openly. Content creation looks good on the outside but those who do it know what goes behind the screen that does not come on the internet. Nikhil Taneja, Co-founder and CEO of @weareyuvaa took a session on ‘Navigate your Mental Health’ at Social Nation Residency.

He talked about how to prepare mentally for the aspects of content creation such as trolling, rejections and other such factors.

Authencity is a key factor for a creator and evaluating what they put out there can vary from the creator’s mindset and perspective.

Understanding and building the ethos of your creation, future planning should be done accordingly. He spoke about how sharing the journey is as important as the content you put there.
