Swati Rojha is a biker, creator and explorer who believes that some journeys are meant to be felt before they are shared. Last month, Swati Rojha achieved something truly remarkable by completing a bike journey to all 12 Jyotirlings of Lord Shiva across India. What started as a deeply personal calling soon turned into a powerful story of faith, endurance and inner strength, one that she is now slowly unfolding through her content on Instagram and YouTube.
Swati Rojha has already released three to four episodes from this journey and continues to post consistently, allowing her audience to experience the rawness of the road, the silence of temples and the challenges that shaped her along the way.
For Swati Rojha, this journey was never about covering distances or collecting milestones. It came from a very personal space where she felt the need to experience faith, endurance and self reliance in the most honest way possible. She did not see this as a checklist of places but as a path to learn more about herself through the journey and the challenges it brought along.
The 12 Jyotirlings visited by Swati Rojha were Somnath in Gujarat, Mallikarjuna in Andhra Pradesh, Mahakaleshwar in Ujjain, Omkareshwar in Madhya Pradesh, Kedarnath in Uttarakhand, Bhimashankar in Maharashtra, Kashi Vishwanath in Varanasi, Trimbakeshwar in Nashik, Vaidyanath in Deoghar, Nageshwar in Dwarka, Rameshwaram in Tamil Nadu and Grishneshwar in Aurangabad.
Planning this ride took a few months, but Swati Rojha believes the real preparation went far beyond maps and schedules. She spent a great deal of time focusing on mental readiness, safety planning and in depth research. More than anything, she prepared herself to accept uncertainty and be okay with discomfort, unpredictability and situations that did not always go according to plan.
This mindset helped her stay grounded even when the journey became physically and emotionally demanding.
Some of the toughest moments for Swati Rojha came during long and isolated stretches with unpredictable terrain. One of the most challenging routes was along the east coast near Vizag, where she encountered Cyclone Montha. Heavy rainfall, strong winds and flooded roads made riding extremely difficult and required constant focus and resilience.
Navigating unfamiliar regions in such intense conditions pushed her limits and tested her ability to stay calm under pressure.
Reaching the last Jyotirling was an incredibly calm and grounding moment for Swati Rojha. Instead of overwhelming emotion, there was a quiet sense of completion and deep gratitude for the journey, the learnings and the strength it took to reach that point.
