Since the time Dance India India Season one premiered on Indian Television decades ago, we have admired the judging trio of Geeta, Remo & Terence Lewis, tagging them as the evergreen choreographers. Their flamboyant dance moves are no less than a treat to watch. The judges have now taken over the social media world with their ‘stupendofantabulously’ magical presence and ‘chummeshwari‘ dance styles.
While Remo could be seen jumping on trends occasionally, Terence Lewis ensures to shake a leg on all the dance trends that create a buzz on Instagram. Lewis’ Reels with his co-judges including Malika Arora Khan and Geeta Kapoor and contestants become one of the trending videos on the app garnering millions of views.
From dancing on the hook step of Badshah’s ‘Jugnu’ and matching the footsteps with Nora Fatehi on her latest hit ‘Dance Meri Rani’ to shaking his booty on Nicki Minaj’s High School, Lewis has done it all. The 46-year-old choreographer has won the 2002 American Choreography Award for his choreography for songs of the movie Lagaan along with Saroj Khan, Raju Khan, Ganesh Hegde, and Vaibhavi Merchant.
His achievements are testimony to the passion he lives for – Dance. Most of his Reels are shot on the sets of his current show India’s Best Dancer Season 2 which is telecasted on Sony TV. Lewis takes some time off in between shots to hop onto the latest trend on Instagram and manages to keep us hooked through his pirouettes, trips, and sways.
We take a look at some of Terence Lewis‘ reels on Instagram dance trends that have made us not miss out on any of the latest music fads in the social universe.
