It helps you adjust to life – changing events and manage with difficulties, which is vital for the quality of your relationships. 1. Yuvaa (@weareyuvaa)

Yuvaa is a safe environment for college students to have personal conversations, and it has travelled to 20 cities and 50 universities within India. The goal is to engage, interact, exchange stories, and listen to the generation’s perspectives on mental health, gender, sexuality, sexual assault, body shaming, bullying, and other topics. While the campaign’s main goal is to provide safe spaces for students, the Yuva team also intends to form a campus support group for each and every student to have someone to talk to.

The mission of Fortis Mental Health is to:-

– Make mental health a priority in the private healthcare sector.
– Providing universal access to mental health treatment.
– Working to prevent and treat mental health issues as early as possible.
– Through community outreach, we hope to raise knowledge, understanding, and empathy for mental illness.
– Increasing the availability of mental health treatments in schools and businesses.

3. Sonali Gupta (@mentalhealthwithsonali)

Sonali Gupta is a professional psychologist in Mumbai who has worked in the mental health profession for more than 14 years. The posts are designed to raise mental health awareness, eliminate stereotypes about mental illnesses, and provide tools to help you start taking care of your emotional well-being.

4. Divija Bhasin (@awkwardgoat3)

Bhasin has been uploading such information on social media from the beginning of the outbreak. Her Instagram Reels and videos are geared for teens, young adults, and psychology students who use whatever format or music is trending on Reels to make an instructive but enjoyable film about mental health.

The objective of the Mental Health Coalition is to create a community of like-minded people who will work together to de-stigmatize all mental health issues, allowing everyone to have equal access to important resources and assistance.
