The Oscar 2023 is the highlight of the day and there’s no reason of why it wouldn’t be! Moreover, it is a big day for Indians as Indian film’s song and a documentary short has won awards and its nothing short of an excitement!

The movies that have won the awards are mostly available to watch over OTT platforms. Here’s a list of which movie has won which award and where is it available to watch.

A daring revolutionary and a British army commander who had a long-standing friendship decide to work together to create an inspiring road to freedom in opposition to the oppressive authorities.
The song Naatu Naatu from the film got an award for Original Song.

Naatu Naatu was also among the A-list of Oscar-nominated songs performed live during the ceremony.

Unwillingly drawn into an epic quest, a Chinese immigrant must unite several versions of herself in parallel universes in order to stop someone who wants to ruin the multiverse. Being a complete different movie with amazing visuals, Everything Everywhere All at Once took home seven Oscars including best picture, director, original screenplay, lead actress, supporting actress, supporting actor and editing.

The Elephant Whisperers

A South Indian couple named Bomman and Bellie dedicate their entire lives to raising Raghu, an orphaned baby elephant, creating a unique family that pushes the limits of what is possible between people and animals. The Elephant Whisperers has won the best documentary short and it is the first ever oscar for an Indian production.

Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio

The best animated movie award is won by Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio that has the story of Italy. In Italy, a father’s wish brings a wooden boy to life magically, allowing him to raise the child. Nevertheless, as fascism spreads throughout Italy, the two of them must fight to carve out a place for themselves.

Top Gun: Maverick

This movie has won an oscar for its sound.

After thirty years of service, Maverick decides to teach a select group of Topgun grads in order to get them ready for a high-profile mission while he struggles with his history.

All Quiet on the Western Front

This movie “All Quiet on the Western Front,” directed by Edward Berger, won four Oscars, picking up the trophies for international feature, cinematography, original score and production design.

1914 sees the outbreak of war in Germany. To serve their country, Paul Bäumer and his classmates enlist in the army right away. The first photographs from the battlefield that they see after being conscripted immediately make them aware of the reality of war.
