Suzhal: The Vortex is a Tamil-language crime thriller web series created by Pushkar–Gayathri for Amazon Prime Video, directed by Bramma G and Anucharan Murugaiyan, and produced by Wallwatcher Films. The series stars Kathir, Aishwarya Rajesh, R. Parthiban, and Sriya Reddy. The first season of the web series consists of eight episodes and it started streaming on 17 June 2022. The web series is set in the fictional town of Sembaloor set in Tamil Nadu, the series is an investigation into the case of a missing person which unravels and rips the intricate social fabric of the small town.
Man vs. Bee is a British comedy streaming television series created and written by the famous Rowan Atkinson and William Davies, directed by David Kerr. It stars the famous Atkinson, Jing Lusi, Claudie Blakley, Tom Basden, Julian Rhind-Tutt, Greg McHugh, and India Fowler. The series premiered on Netflix on 24 June 2022. A house sitter named Trevor finds himself entrenched in an ongoing battle with a bee while in the midst of lodging an elegant mansion. The Mr. Bean actor surely has some laughter in the bag for you.
The Umbrella Academy is an American superhero streaming television series based on the comic book series of the same name written by Gerard Way, illustrated by Gabriel Bá, and published by Dark Horse Comics. The show is created for Netflix by Steve Blackman and developed by Jeremy Slater. It revolves around a dysfunctional family of adopted sibling superheroes who reunite to solve the mystery of their father’s death and the threat of an imminent apocalypse. Season 3 of this loved web series just released over the OTT platform.
The latest web series, Masoom, started streaming on Disney+ Hotstar on 17th June. The series is based on a twisted family secret that stems from the death of Balwant Kapoor (Upasana Singh), wife of Dr. Balraj Kapoor (Boman Irani). The show goes through unfolding the mysteries and circumstances surrounding her death.
Money heist fans can look forward to something. A new show called Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area is a South Korean television series based on the Spanish heist crime drama series of the same name. The Korean series directed by Kim Hong-sun and written by Ryu Yong-jae is an original Netflix series, starring Yoo Ji-tae, Park Hae-soo, Jeon Jong-seo, Lee Won-jong, and Park Myung-hoon. Set in the same fictional universe as the original series, it depicts a hostage crisis situation set in the Korean Peninsula, involving a genius strategist and people with different personalities and abilities. It was released on June 24, 2022, on Netflix.
