All Mr Bean lovers, huddle up. We have the best news for you! ‘Mr Bean: The Animated Series’ is set to make a comeback with a fourth season in 2025! The widely popular and loved animated series is being given a go-ahead for a new season by Banijay’s Tiger Aspect Kids & Family in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery and ITVX.
Mr Bean: The Animated Series has become a beloved extension of the iconic Mr Bean character, originally portrayed by Rowan Atkinson. This animated adaptation captures the timeless humour and endearing clumsiness of the original live-action series, enchanting audiences of all ages. Mr Bean, accompanied by his teddy bear and quirky green Mini, embarks on hilarious misadventures. Even though he only expresses himself in the form of garbled sounds, he is one of the most lovable characters.
They wish to air the completed season in 2025 when the show completes 35 years of its first live-action episode. “The animation follows the antics of Mr Bean and of course Teddy, as they embark on a series of adventures, making plenty of mischief along the way” said Banijay in their blog. Voiced by Executive Producer Rowan Atkinson, season 4 will comprise 52 episodes of 11 minutes each, bringing the total number of episodes across all series to 182 x 11 minutes.

Where To Watch
Season 4 of the animated series will have about 11 episodes and will air on Cartoonito and HBO Max across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa on Warner Bros. Discovery’s kids channels. It will also stream on channels across Southeast Asia and South Asia.
The People Behind It
Produced by Tiger Aspect Kids & Family, Managing Director Tom Beattie is also an executive producer. Directed by Dave Osborne, and produced by Arnold Widdowson, the head writers of the series are Ciaran Murtagh and Andrew Barnett Jones.
