YouTube, the vast online video platform has reached an agreement with Hollywood Park in Inglewood, California, represented by Legends Global Partnerships to name the venue for 10 years as YouTube Theater, which is the first of its kind for the platform. At 4,200 square-feet, the stage is an expansive area to be creative, and every seat is close to the action on-stage. A place for creators, curators, performers and the community!”
Here’s what is stated on YouTube Theater’s official website: “The three-story venue combines state-of-the art technology with luxury guest amenities and features five-star acoustics. YouTube creators and artists are the heart of YouTube and YouTube Theater adds to the portfolio of opportunities to drive their creativity, build their businesses, grow their communities and so much more.”
YouTube Theater focuses on innovative features such as interactivity, which includes a large-scale digital YouTube play button icon outside the venue. The specialty lies in its transforming structure which can change into an immersive video screen, through which guests can interact by mirroring themselves on the screen and by viewing highlights of YouTube’s creator and artist content. Another feature is a dynamic digital wall on the interior that will be used to celebrate YouTube creators and artists by showcasing them in a gallery-like setting.
Based on the previous partnership agreement by YouTube’s parent company, Google with Hollywood Park disclosing Google Cloud as the exclusive cloud partner of the Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Chargers, and SoFi Stadium, Google Cloud is the exclusive cloud partner of YouTube Theater too. As per SofiStadium’s Newsroom, “YouTube will be the exclusive video services and music streaming services partner of YouTube Theater, SoFi Stadium, and Hollywood Park and the exclusive video services partner, and official music streaming services partner of the Rams and Chargers.” For more information tap HERE!
