Zouk, recently presented the 2nd edition of its Proudly Indian Fashion Show at Holiday Inn, Saki Naka in Mumbai. The theme of the Show was ‘Bazaar,’ capturing the vibrant essence of the Indian market. The event brilliantly showcased the lively and diverse facets of Indian culture, bringing the bustling energy and colors of a bazaar to the forefront of the fashion experience. Nine leading content creators from Mumbai made their presence felt on the runway, while over 80+ content creators attended the event to witness the grand spectacle of the 2nd edition of the Zouk’s Proudly Indian Fashion Show. The show culminated with the captivating presence of Sayantani Ghosh, a renowned Indian actress, who stole the spotlight as the showstopper. Sayantani brought an infusion of elegance and star power to the event, enchanting the audience with her grace and style.
The creators graced the runway with elegance, showcasing Zouk’s best-selling bags and footwear with style and sophistication. Each creator elegantly walked the ramp adorned in Rajkumari by Richa Haware’s creations. The exquisite ethnic attire, paired with Zouk bags and footwear, infused an elevated and harmonious essence, amplifying the allure of both fashion pieces.

Zouk was founded by IIM Ahmedabad batchmates and husband-wife duo, Disha Singh and Pradeep Krishnakumar. The idea of the brand was born when Disha visited Kutch for an IIMA course. She saw that her friends loved the local handicraft items but did not buy any, given they were not functional.
Zouk is building a large D2C lifestyle brand from India for the world. So far, they have over 3,50,000 happy customers who have bought from their D2C website and other marketplaces. Customers love their Proudly Indian and 100% PETA-approved Vegan products.
Zouk won the PETA India Fashion Award for the Best Vegan Wallets brand in 2021. Their bags have also organically appeared in movies and series. It has also been taken as gifts from India by Indian dignitaries visiting abroad. The company has upskilled and supported 400+ expert artisans who make Zouk’s handicraft products.
